You can use free the swimming pool (from May 1st to September 30th), wi-fi connection

In the laundry room there is a coin washing machine, contact the management on reception or kitchen restaurant.

you are allowed to park your car inside the gate only on your arrival and departure days: during your stay
you are requested to leave it in the parking guest area.
In the mountain tracks there aren't guardrails on the edges of the roads and they are subject to landslides,
so please be very careful and look after your children as we do not take any responsibilities for any
accident which may occur to you or to your kids.
At the restaurant you can buy our products such as honey, oil and Jam at the restaurant;
here offers you also the chance to get some maps, brochures and some good advices about special events and the
most relevant sightseeings of the area.
RESTAURANT
EVENING DINER
(start from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.)
for evening meal (8:00 p.m.) please leave your booking for your meals on the notice board at
the entrance of the kitchen of the restaurant or you can login here,
before 12:00 a.m. every morning.
After many years in this business we’ve decided to book dinner reservations in the morning and the reasons are as follow:
- to considerably reduce waiting times for the service during dinner;
- to have the exact number of tables available for potential reservations by external customers. Having only a dozen tables we want to make sure that our guests always have a guaranteed table;
- the menu we propose to guests has dishes which requires a long prepping time, which is longer than we think is acceptable for the wait during a meal, for example the trout en papillote, which need more than 30 minutes baking time, or the aubergine rolls that we serve with our appetizer of crostini, which need a lot of time for the scalding, salting and the overall preparation;
- knowing your choices allows us, and guarantees you, the preparation of dishes with fresh ingredients and without waste. It might seem trivial but, for example, talking about salad, we pick the lettuce everyday from the garden according to need.
We know that in the morning we cannot be fully aware of how hungry we are going to be in the evening, but we are equally sure that everyone knows their eating habits and can then decide what to order: compatibly with time and availability, you can always ask for an extra dish.
BREAKFAST

the breakfast (8:30 a.m – 10:00 a.m.) is included in the bedrooms stay, instead the guests of the apartments can reserve, the same of the dinner, at the restaurant

BEDROOMS
The price includes breakfast, water, electricity, heating or air conditioned.
Moreover are include final cleaning and weekly change of sheets:
for stays longer than 3 nights cleaning and change of towels are provided on alternate days.
You can ask extra cleaning, sheets/towel (see extra price);.
The heating/air conditioner is regulated on a temperature of 21°C: you can use the thermostat inside
the bedroom for chose different temperature of +/- 3 °C; don't use the symbol ❆: It's a protection fuction.

The bedroom must be left at 10.00 a.m. maximum on the departure day;
APATMENTS
The price for the overnight stay includes water, electricity, gas, heating, wood for the fireplace, weekly change
of your sheets and final cleaning of the place which does not include washing the dishes;
Please do not move couches or any other pieces of forniture.
For some SAT CHANNELS select TV/DTV.
The apartment thermostat allows you to regulate the heating.
Please , do not throw anything but toilet paper into the Wc, it is extremely important.
The use of the two barbecues is free: also the other guests may use them, so please do not forget to clean it after you use it.
The apartment must be left at 10.00 a.m. maximum on the departure day;
WASTE RECYCLING SCHEME
You should separate the waste as follow:
PLASTIC
Plastic packages, aluminium cans, anything aluminium of metal, non-greasy plastic glasses and plates, cling film and Tetra Pak.
All bottles and containers should be emptied and flatten before putting them in the bin.
Do not put in this bin plastic material if dirty with food that could ferment.
Only use the yellow bags equipped: ask to restaurant or reception if finished.
GLASS
glass bottles, glasses, and jars.
Do empty and rinse the containers before disposing of them.
Do not throw light bulbs, mirrors and crystal glasses in this bin.
PAPER
Paper and cardboard, newspapers, cart boxes, notebooks, milk, cereal and fruit juice boxes, cardboard egg boxes. Flatten the boxes before putting them in the bin.
Do not throw greasy or parchment paper in this bin.
ORGANIC
Food waste, spoiled food, fruit peel and vegetable waste, tea and herbal teas filters, ground coffee, ash, used paper tissues, egg shells.
Carefully close the bag before disposing of this waste.
Only use the white bags or biodegradable bags, tightly closed.
UNSORTED WASTE
greasy or dirty waste, CDs, DVDs, toys, ceramic mugs or dishes, anything crystal, rubber bands, toothbrushes, clothes that cannot longer be worn, and anything that cannot be recycled.
Only use the grey bags equipped: ask to restaurant or reception if finished.
You must put the waste in the large dumpsters at the entrance of the agriturismo or in the dumpsters along the road; we will then transfer them to the municipal rubbish dump.
